After 8 months of closure due to  Covid restrictions, reopens on Monday 7 June 2021 the entrance to the archaeological excavations of Porta Marina Superiore in order to avoid crowds due to the increase of tourists encountered in these days in Pompeii. The weekly closing day will also be suppressed while the ticket purchase procedures and the anticovid rules in force so far implemented within the area remain unchanged.
